our guest policy

We have guest policies to ensure that everybody who stays at Villa Renata has a pleasant stay. A few important rules are higlighted in the section 'Important Rules'. To be informed about all the rules in the guest policy view the section 'Guest Policy In Multiple Languages'

Important Rules:

• Guests agree that they are aware of the guest policy and have read the guest policy and that they will comply with these rules to ensure a pleasant stay at Villa Renata for themselves and other guests.
• Check-in is possible from 14:00 (02:00 PM).
• Guests need to leave their apartment (check-out) on their last day before 10:00 (10:00 AM).
• Guests need to handover their identity card or passport to the staff of Villa Renata immediately upon arrival for registration in the Croatian tourist registration system.
• Guests must pay the outstanding amount of money in cash at the moment they arrive at Villa Renata. The currency that we accept is the euro (€, EUR).
• Guests are not allowed to use facilities (terrace, balcony, outside shower, grill) from other apartments. Guests may only use the facilities of their own apartment.
• Guests are not allowed to bring animals to Villa Renata.
• Making a reservation is only possible by e-mail or by using the 'Reservation Inquiry' on our contact page.
• A reservation of an apartment is confirmed when Villa Renata receives the advance payment of the guest. Money restitution is not possible.
• It is expressly forbidden to make loud noises in the time between 14:00 until 16:00 and from 23:00 until 07:00.
• It is expressly forbidden to make use of the grill or to make a fire during strong wind like Bura.
• It is expressly forbidden to smoke in the apartments.
• Our guests may not park their car on the parking spot next to Villa Renata. That parking spot does not belong to Villa Renata. It is private property of an other apartment block and only guests of that apartment block may park their car there. It is also forbidden to place your car on that parking spot even if you quickly want to get your stuff in and out of your car.
